02

Anagram with confidence

Use alphagrams, common stems, and structured rack drills to spot playable words faster.

03

Strengthen focus and flexibility

Practice calm concentration while adapting to a board that changes with every turn.

04

Make maths feel natural

Build mental arithmetic through scoring, calculation, and understanding tile probabilities.

05

Stretch creativity

Turn limited letters and a changing board into fresh combinations, surprising plays, and new ideas.

06

Play well with others

Practice cooperation, team spirit, sportsmanship, fair play, and the resilience to learn from defeat.

07

Connect without a screen

A device-free way to bond with family and friends — and, most importantly, to have fun.

Meet your tutor

Hello, I’m Ishika.

I’m a competitive Scrabble player who loves the moment a confusing rack turns into a clever play.

My tournament journey includes a major all-India open title, repeated national top-ten finishes, fourth place at the 2024 Sri Lanka International Open, and recognition among the world’s top four women players. I’m India’s top woman player and its only woman International Master.

“

Words may win a round, but strategy wins the crown.

In the press

More than
word knowledge.

“Scrabble is a complex mix of word knowledge, strategy, concentration and chance.”

Times Special profiled competitive Scrabble and named Ishika India’s top-ranked woman player, noting how tile tracking, rack management, pattern recognition, and attentiveness shape the game.

Lessons are designed for curious beginners, school-age players, and club players who want a more structured approach to competitive Scrabble.

We combine a focused word lesson, anagramming puzzles, memory quizzes, board positions, and guided game analysis. The balance adapts to the player’s level and goals. As the player advances and displays better gameplay, advanced concepts around rack balancing, time management, opponent move interpretation, tile tracking, and other skills required for tournament play are covered in the curriculum.

Yes, at the moment we are only doing online sessions. Please express your interest in in-person sessions within the registration form if interested, and the coach will get back to you within 5–10 days.

Not at all. The learning path begins from your current level, whether you are opening a tournament word list for the first time or preparing for your next event.
